Schoology/Clever
BEFORE you start - Please make sure your browser is up to date. BCS Tech recommends using Google Chrome.
Directions for logging into Schoology:
Go to https://bradleyschools.schoology.com. (Please make sure the URL is https - Schoology is a secured website). It will prompt you to log in with your student's BCS Google account. The email address is [email protected] (i.e. if the username is smithj1234, the email address is [email protected]) and the student's password. Both the username and password should have been sent to you.
If you are using a Chromebook - you need to sign in to the Chromebook with the student's BCS Google account or you need to open an Incognito window to sign in. Chromebooks will push the credentials (username and password) of the device to log in. Example: If I am logged in to my personal Chromebook with [email protected] then it will try to push [email protected] as my sign-in credentials in Schoology. Create a Chromebook account (at the Chromebook log in screen - click Add person/account) using your student's @bradleyschools.org account or use Incognito mode.
One more note: If you are using an iPad, please go to the website version of Schoology the first time you log in. Schoology automatically assigns a Schoology password that can be changed inside of Schoology. Schoology passwords are required if you are using the Schoology app. On the Schoology app, you would sign in with the student email address and SCHOOLOGY password.
To change Schoology password: Inside of Schoology in the upper right-hand corner next to the student's name, click on settings > change password. I would recommend changing the password to what was sent to you (so they are the same).

Go to the BCS Clever launch page (https://clever.com/in/bradleycountyschools ) and click sign in with Google. It will prompt you to log in with your student's BCS Google account. The email address is [email protected] (i.e. if the username is smithj1234, the email address is [email protected]) and the student's password.
