welcome to the BCS Tech podcast on my name is Scott I mean instructional technology coordinator for Bradley County Schools thanks again for joining us on our second episode of the podcast and we have in studio today pleasure to have these two fine plays in our studio today we have the great steam that government grant supervisor and grants manager I guess that's the title we came up with that the holder of many hats and who is Grace recently retired but not retired Miss Patty hunt ladies how we doing today out there grants grants grants will get into all that but but thanks thanks for being there thanks for agreeing to be a part of it sometimes the instructional technology coordinator I'll just call you out of the blue and say I want to stick you on a podcast answer yes the debts that the end that is the correct name Friday thanks for Rob thanks for doing that well Becca we you're you're new to Bradley County schools in this position but not but but not new to Bradley County Schools just a little background on I know you know where you evolve from Define this role professional last four and a half 5 years I run of a nationally funded federally funded program that was a state program that work with Behavioral Health in early childhood kids so I had a lot of crossover in that position with the principals of elementary schools and early childhood facilities so I ran that for the last four to five years and at the same time my personal was working with Michigan Avenue school PTO and we ran that if a 501 c 3 starting with you or not all that much capital and then raising a whole bunch of money and one of the ways that we did that was through grants and finding funding cuz what grants do is allow us to find money for people's dreams and teachers would come to us with these great ideas for administrators and how do we make happen and I guess in in this role will get into more of this as we progressed here today but you know funding for those those things are are becoming it's it's it's very difficult schools are on a very tight budget and it's it's in it's important to be able to find that that extra money to do the things and kind of elevate what what you're wanting to do with your particular school class Group whatever definitely was the PTO we were a bunch of Alpha driven women was in some we actually had some guys on a grant committee committee out there and it was what can we do our schools function even better word for our children as parents for the last time you still have time to write these grants but as a PTO what could we do to support the administration in the student so for four years we were able to write making a big difference so every dollar counts the way of of maximizing what you're doing with the money Patty this is this position that Rebecca's former position that you held and it's Unique really to to Bradley County there's there's not many Grant supervisors current Corners whatever the definition or term you want to use but there's not a large group out there without the state so it's that you need to Bradley County Schools isn't that have a grant writer but our district I remember one of the nights that they were doing interviews for the new superintendent dr. cash came up to me she says I heard you have a great you are the grant writer I'm so excited to have a grant writer in the system so that was exciting to me to know she would look forward to have a grant writer on her team but when when we do write grants locally there are a lot of larger grants that we go out to a million-dollar grants and above that have a team that works on that and we kind of in Grant's strategy that we've developed over the years of kind of the creation of this department in our district and I we look at anything under of a million dollars 2200 in a million we have one group of people that kind of helps us right though it was over a million dollars we have another group of people we work with and then if it's about 200,000 or less write those in house and so yeah we're really excited and Bradley County because over the last several years we've been able to get several million dollars through team effort in our department trying to talk a little bit about the grass so we're currently rrr are involved with here by the county because it is brought in a substantive not just a small amount of money up substantial amount of money into the district to try to do some of the things that that we're kind of in Nationals doing as a district in fact we have put between around 7.5 million dollars and discretionary grant funding over the last five years and most of that funding has been at the secondary line because some of the initiatives that they've been interesting and focused in our district in terms of what is our strategy in the district school Improvement plan they have involved involved things that the secondary level that we've been able to support with grant funding first is the youth Career Connect grant that has funded Pathways Bradley it's put 4.5 million dollars into our too high two large high schools students every year in that Grant and it focuses in the area of advanced manufacturing information technology and health science so those are areas that across our country we found it difficult to fill those jobs with a skilled Workforce and we were having to issue we're having issue Visa pieces in our country to H-1B visas I didn't know about those before. and so we're trying to develop a skilled Workforce and so that's kind of the focus of the youth we call it Pathways Bradley is our program another Grant actually to Grants that we have that focus on secondary again but begin in 7th and 8th grade or is the gear up Grant that's a pretty well-known Grant across the tree that stands for gaining early awareness and Readiness for sect for undergraduate programs that is a mouthful in 2012 Gear Up 2.0 and we call the one that we just received this past year gear-up 3.0 because we have to have some way of keeping them straight but our first grant was well over a million dollars over 7 years and this second Grant we just received in the spring is right at a million dollars that will use over that time and these grants focus on a cohort of students beginning a middle school and follow those students through their first year of post-secondary in addition to that I serve the seniors at those schools each year so in the first year of Grant we got we were focusing on the 7th grade that began in 2012 through their senior year into post-secondary at badly and so they began at Lake Forest and we also focused on gear goal Academy this second gear up Grant we've received is focusing at Lake Forest and at Bradley and somebody might ask why did you just on this and I think this is a good opportunity for us to come explain there's reasoning and in an in things within the granted that can gear that money towards certain people things people want to know about grants are there strings attached to Grand I was asked that specifically and I would have to say yes there are strings attached to anybody whether it's the federal government the state a non-profit puts out a great opportunity for us to respond to they have certain criteria that they are trying to find an am certain needs that they are trying to me and so they're going to put those needs and we've got to address those needs in our plan so yes but then our plan becomes the string that's attached if we are awarded So the plan in the Grant and whatever you write for your project then you're held accountable to do those and you have metrics you have to meet so yes Grant Management fees comes in people think of your the grant writers that's only the first hope that we're jumping onto for each year to do certain things in order to have Bill requirement to the metal piece in my opinion it's easy to get people together in a room and talk about all the great things going to do with this money but once the money gets delivered and you've got to start making sure that you're accomplishing your goals and auditing Brian no upfront you have a clear understanding of what you wanted how are you going to do it and then fulfill those obligations for that money to still be coming into your system as I think one other interesting thing to point out about grants that we write in Bradley County is that we don't just go out there looking for grants that go there grant that looks good that's a lot of money let's write that Grant we don't look at Grant that way we look at the Strategic plan of Bradley County schools and how can we support that with grant funding because everybody wants to think they're getting grant money in and of course we do too that's really more gold but if you have grant funding that really doesn't get some something that are our district isn't interested in or or doing then it really does trying to program just to make get money to get money yes we want to see what we're doing in Bradley County and support that supports and try to find ways to fund the things that are going on that are are be there but it kind of build that out into a more comprehensive plan we had 136 districts we are funded 13 from the bottom at 1:21 so you know when we talked about everybody wants us to do something Innovative when you're doing Innovative things and education a lot of time and some of those things don't cost money in would be one of the first to agree with that but some element of it is probably going to cost money and so how do we be Innovative how are we Innovative and Bradley County Schools when our funding level is not where we feel it should be it's by writing grants to support what did it where the district's going talk a little bit about what the money is actually been used to to to purchase to support trainings that just kind of know what what it what we say we praise that Grant has given us 6.5 million dollars or whatever that dollar figure is what is that money being used to do to support well in our youth Career Connect Grant focusing on these three topic areas Health Science information technology and advanced manufacturing it's very hard to stay up with the technology even in advanced manufacturing or health science programs we hope to be and it was all these but it takes a lot of money to do that we've been able to put well over $500,000 in our high schools in equipment to that is really state-of-the-art equipment in mechatronics program we have bought a I can't think of the name in our health science program and an atom table and it's it's the type of equipment you'd see in a medical college at some Thai schools are fortunate enough to have that we've been fortunate enough to have that to the youth Career Connect Grand we have a a what is a better word a mannequin that simulates body functions that they've been able to use in our health science program these are a this is equipment that we would not have been able to even think of purchasing without Grandpa and we've been able to provide professional development not just are those pieces of equipment we sent teachers to training to become Siemens one certified to teach that in our Advanced manufacturing courses we have been able to really provide across-the-board Trey for the faculties at both Bradley and Walker Valley. Kagan training we've had Larry Bell come in and help us work on school climate and we've had I just get stumped over 40 years of all the time multiple teachers to advanced placement training which is enabled them to provide Advanced courses for their students and I think everybody Walker Valley is rewards and the great things that are happening there and you know I like to believe we had a little part in that and being able to really give teachers training in the experiences that they're able to bring into the classroom and enjoy with their students and it Bradley we've been able to provide Cambridge training for many teachers at Bradley to support their honors programs are you know I could go on at with the gear up France we provide support to for the college going process and I don't want anybody to think we think every student is going to college but we want every student to be prepared and able to go to college if that's what they choose to do in life and we know that students that have some college are going to make a lot more money in their life then if the student doesn't get training passed high school and that means in training that could be going to Franklin Academy. Could be going to the tcat it could be in chatt state Cleveland State it could mean a four-year College it could mean it's so many different things to students but just the more preparation they have the more they're going to be successful in their careers and I guess that's we hear the term college and career-ready a lot and sometimes educational jargon can can get it can get a little deep but I think that the that kind of statement it is toxic things that you're that you're implying that you were trying not to get people ready for whatever path that they lead if it's if it's going to a 4-year school or two years we want to have them prepare for that if it's going to a technical school or technical program and we use these Grant this grant money that kind of supplement the role and enhance what's going on in the classroom weather equipment or training or whatever and in to try I have these students ready to to make the move once they walk across the stage and get that high school diploma can I live in a we get where's terminology Grant requires quirements that say we want to supplement not supplant what the system is already doing so there's an expectation from the grantor that there is a basic level that every school system but going above that is going to supplement what we are able to provide and that's where we go question is is and you can answer this politically correct as you want to but has that been an issue finding that so Fort level because the arba in this is not this is not shot at anybody this is just the environment we live in we are in such a tight but fiscal budget that sometimes man we would really like to do this but we don't offer enough support. even be able to to do something like that that doing in this phone way now that we can build on so a expanding something we're already doing is supplementing but it's not supplanting okay so that's why I think you already said that and that's what I would agree with I think everybody always wants an end you of course would play anybody that would do this but of course we all want a grant for technology we all do remember when we were at Grant's is we have to need one of our old areas of need has to be something that stack not the technology we could purchase would support So if it's allowable in the grant that you can purchase technology then some you're doing is a part of your program would have to have the need for technology to do it and that's one of the ways we've been able to say you got a very good job of that because you been able to devices that can be used obviously for the program but is a benefit to the school in general obviously focuses on the program and it's got to go there but those are those are devices and things that they couldn't be bought with just regular money it is currently within the budget we've been able to kind of take grant money and in and support these devices may be a little bit differently but then the grant texted any job them wow the grand is in place and so that's that's kind of a fine line you walk sometimes but we tried to be very careful about what we do and what we purchase and that our students reap the benefits of those purchases that's that is excellent and I we ladies I appreciate all that you do I tell you what we're going to do or take a short break when we come back we'll talk about what they dip their toe into recently and and kind of the b**** love of where we would like to see this department and and and your team go you're listening to the BCS Tech podcast hello this is dr. Linda cash with Bradley County Schools did you know that our 2018 graduates were awarded ever 11 million dollars academic Scholarships in addition to Tennessee promise and achieved an average of 20.3 on the ACT the best return on your investment Bradley County Schools growing student building futures go back to the BCS Tech podcast time instructional technology coordinator Scott web we have a great supervisor back of burning and Grant manager I guess that's the title we came up with for Patty hunt that the grant lady is the grant Guru he's been called to get that on a t-shirt... Where are we now we spend some time talking about kind of the direction of where we come in some of the that's why we're going what are some of the things and projects where were looking to be a little more involved in it from a grant standpoint two or three weeks I had teachers calling me an email I mean thing I know that you know how to write Grant I need this I want this is where the need is so I think the first couple weeks it was just meeting with people I talk to the north North Lee PTO just got their 501 c 3 nonprofit status so I met with them it was some teacher I have some really Innovative and things that they want to do so that kind of explaining to him how the grant World Works in developing teams at some schools that really did have it had a grant process before and working with them to Define with our goal is with her registration and seeking some smaller funding for just maybe it's one night you would do something spectacular for your how can I find that when I don't have a budget right now so I've been looking at a lot of those kind of things we've also started work on the Tennessee state of the Arts music Grant so this was said about 6 weeks ago and it's a collaboration between the state of Tennessee and the Country Music Association so it was announced in Nashville with Martina McBride can we get around the back project they're hoping that a country music person Thinking podcast we can see what we can do about Martinez coming on the podcast will save me your business card and I think that is I think that definitely needs to be on a t-shirt Grants Department is here you have absolutely this grant was on its across the district and it's actually were in the process of uploading it probably today cuz it's due on Friday so what we did was music educators I do fantastic things we were able to get all 26 of them to fill out a survey inspiration that they would like to see on how do we say 200000 across the board to help them in the next three years so we just completed this probably 22 Grant application in order to hopefully be funded through the state with the other districts with an arc or region so one of those districts out of the 14 will get the funding this year and where I think we're putting up a pretty competitive grant that werewolves eat the midday and we like the competition we like the are we going to get it I mean if you'd like that you would not be in the garage you have to be to be a touch competitive yes I think both of us that week as long as we know we've done a good job out there then we're satisfied with what we did. It's just this that's fascinating is there a disappointment disappointment probably really says Grant too but it's all we know that as long as we did the best job that we can't cuz there's luck there's a lot of factors involved in that so we have to look at are we willing to I'm take it over to him that chance to add about the Tennessee State of the Arts Muse Grant is this is a two-step Grant process you know Becca has done an excellent job writing and I've tried to support her and what she's been doing and all the district music teachers and their contributions but should we receive a top scorer we will also compete with somebody else in our region that gets a high score and have to interview with a team of people for this grant over and above the writing piece of so this is the second Grant we've done that we've had to have a two-step process and it's a little unnerving and then the writing piece a I think it's very effort really at trying to make the best choice Inn and Grant out the funding to to the best candidate so so we know that even if we get a really great score that we will still the interview that's where drinks are going cuz it's not just the writing anymore it's the accountability for how you manage it so they want to make sure whoever they're choosing to give people that are confident do what they say set up to make sure that you can do what you say you're going to do what I'm curious about is I guess they think well you're right a grant that we're going to sit together over coffee and right we're going to just write something you make a few notes and talk a little bit about the process because I don't I don't I mean I know how hard you work at it I but I don't the processed just kind of take me to the process of what it takes it to put together something like this this agreement with the Country Music Award the district so they really so what we call an RFP which is what they're looking for what the qualifications are and then they all ask a bunch of different questions beyond that this one since it was all of her music educators the way that we did as we we kind of sent out an email and I had a bunch of them meet up together to discuss hey this is we're doing are we even interested in this where we at as a district had those top people within the music education profession come together and then they deemed hey everybody needs to have a say in this so I said a 25-question survey to teach ursino to fill out hey where are you at what are your needs and they had to return that survey to us so we had 25 people answering 25 questions are collaborating all that data together and then write A needs assessment so where is our our our district got it when it comes to curriculum are we at when it comes to music instruments where we at when it comes to facilities so they're all these different things and needs assessment then we build what strategy address maybe two things here one thing here what strategies were going to use how we going to make an impact and then we have to run a whole narrative as to why we are the best candidate to do XYZ or whatever you do and we have these needs but how are we going to dress them so that was all with our secondary supervisor with our elementary supervisor it softer cash with show me everybody on board how are we got we have these long with the needs what are we going to how are we going to when we want to do next and how we going to do it why are we the best to do that does that make sense that's what a grant proposal what is the need how did how can we address that need and how can we then you lost that money in that addressing the need the activities the goals and objectives that we're going to achieve if you give me this morning then this is what weird promising to do and then there's always an evaluation piece at the end of it saying did you achieve your goals did you meet your metrics and then beyond that is a sustainability plan so how I'm going to sustain this and often people ask us you know we'll can't we just put these all these positions in a grant well that's very dangerous to put a lot of positions in a grant because it's very difficult for us to the district to sustain you've got to really think about how can we any position that we put in a grant how do we sustain that afterwards are we going to sustain it by having to hire a person in that position find it by everyone be being on board body in and adopting some of the things that we've done in the grant so that it becomes a part of our normal daily practice and our best practices for students so I think those are things we look at needs assessment is big and then we have to make ourselves look not so great we use data to see all the great things that are happening in the schools and this I feel this all the time because I can sit around and tell you about the great things that are happening from a technology standpoint in our schools and what's going on and all this side of that is this is what we could be doing if we had x amount of things in x amount of this an x amount of that so it's it's hard to talk about then the challenges that you have when they're when they are good things going on you're always trying to sell we have fantastic music this is what they're doing they're doing all this stuff and that's how you're always selling is your painting a clear picture of where we're at and sometimes there are more challenges then possibly things are going right and that's okay because you able to do with what we have and what we could do something that salesmanship on both sides clip-hay picture and then believing in what we're doing being passionate about what we're doing and individuals involved in the process and selling that there's no one else of gains in Bradley County Schools over the last several years and we've had Rewards rules we've had school score and 5 across the board into box scores and those are just amazing things graduates of increasing ACT scores I mean some really amazing things and and sometimes it you know we know we have to paint a picture of what's realistic but we do have challenges in Bradley County you know our district free and reduced lunch rate witches are economically disadvantaged students is about 50% or above that means those two don't come to school with the same vocabulary as students that come to school and they have more economic advantages I tell my own children I have three children and they all have kids and I and they said what makes a child ready for school I said we you know you are fortunate because you don't have to do as many things as other as other children because you read to your children every day you know you tell bedtime stories you have certainly things that you do you talk to your children you help your children understand how to express their feelings with words instead of just actions that could get them in trouble at school I said so but we have a lot of children in Bradley County that come to school hungry come to school with a vocabulary that is about 25% of what other children come as in those children have a lot of trouble making up that that that learning and they can't make up that economic Factor themselves there they're in a situation so we want to be able to provide the very best things we came for all children in our district and so those things that we have difficulty in and those disadvantages we have we tried to be able to show our funder that these things are holding us back but if we could overcome some of the obstacles that these children are having in school then that could help but yeah help her whole schools and help those kids achieved a level that they couldn't have if it otherwise without without additional funds programs not at all that sort of stuff be remiss to say if we didn't say and I Becca said it was about our music teachers but you know without our teachers you know grant funding really could not we could not Implement programs we could not do the things we do as students in our teachers are vested they are vested in the educational process and are vested in our children and they are one of our greatest greatest Assets in the class they are the greatest or ask me when I transition to this role what are you going to be doing so explain to my third grade I said well I said I'm a dream funder I people come to us with Big Dreams things that they want to make better kids that they want up teach better facilities that need Improvement and what I get to do try to find some money that's going to help that dream come true and she was like your like Walt Disney yeah that's your superpower and I like that well as as we talked about dream funding what is your vision you know you're now in charge you know there's big shoes to fill and Innovative that she even in the central office doing what she does and what will you I think what we have talked about in the last couple weeks in the month and going forward is taking off her understanding of a whole Grant world and building up on her shoulders I'm not here to replace Patty I want to take it where she's at and run with it I think there's a lot of funding opportunities out there and I'm all about taking those small Grant and going them up so they say you need 5000 get to 4 to 2500 and make that goal or reality so I'm very good at piecemealing Grant smaller together for smaller projects and I think of my intention to beginning is just to get a lot more funding small ones and to look for those Federal funding opportunities which sometimes seems kind of a sparse right now but we're looking for that right after that these are at the district I have we currently have a great opportunity that we are waiting to hear about we rode a National Science Foundation Grant this summer and submitted it I think it's at the beginning of all but we won't hear about that Grant until March that's that's another unique aspect of the grant world do all this work and we will talk to you in 6 months how does that work kind of funny because you just you can't sit and pine over it you just have to do the best you can feel like hopefully feel like you did the best you could submit the Grant and move on to the next opportunity or whatever the next step is so you know that's we're waiting on a grant that will fund really stem initiative and we picked three schools in in our district to work with those on so yeah I'm excited to hope hopefully will learn that we were that we got another Grant that's out there that I'm probably will come out in January that we're looking at to think about writing so we're always trying to keep something on the radar a big Grant and in one of the things when you about the disappointment level of not getting something that you because I'm going to tell you you work really hard on a grant whether I do that's why I wondered how the fresh turd the first race level and what you put that much time and effort I know as a football coach for your go out there and week we coach and practice and do all this or something you lose I mean there is and it's it's disappointing well I think that thing you have to remember is there's probably a real okay and your stuff to realize that sometimes things happen for a reason even though I'm out of it was better it's so that means you know you think about rewriting it the next time it comes out that's enough that's when opportunity looking at where your weaknesses in your proposal were and how can you beat those up what things did you not address I will tell you that there have been times when the fact that we didn't it was really a relief because you could see in the in your hindsight that we were don't really not ready to implement that particular Grant we were not at a point in the district that it would have been very difficult for us to implement the Grant and so sometimes it's it's a godsend it it it it just happened he took care of that and then maybe the next time it comes out in a year or two and you're in a better place is a district and you can see where that has really helped you so you know with you write a grant you get it you got in you you accept that Grant you've got to be able to implement the Grant and implementations where the rubber is the road and I think sometimes the grant writing process allows the district or the school to look at where they're at and realize okay I want to do anything sometimes we get that cash so things start to improve just because that discussion just because of that writing process and even if you don't get it then the next time something comes along or even further along when you were based on that and I think one of our long-term goals work images of our job or a fundraiser and helping with that aspect of things to so I take away Friday grants for that that means support that in the future but looking at the Strategic plan of the district and what do you want to go you know how we going to implement the larger goal of a system we could do a whole podcast on the positive is we created this position and and I can to this great world that I was totally not prepared for in my own heart and mind and I can remember Matt Ryerson saying to me Patty you can do this I know you can do this and I thought I'm not so sure you're right and if so one thing I want to say is we're really fortunate in our district because Becca burn it comes to this was so much more Grant experience than I had when I came to this position you know and so I think that is so amazed for us I had written many grants to the Education Foundation I'd written rotary grandson I've done a lot of grant writing but the management of a large Federal grant is a is a Monumental task I had a lot to learn and one of the first things they tell you at the first rent meeting you go to Washington is that this is how you can lose your job you know how you can go to jail and they tell you all the things you don't want to do and so I listen very closely because there's a lot of highlighters to be working with grant writing grants and managing Grant I would have said I'm thinking you're really not very bright so I don't think anybody wakes up saying insane grant writer that's not like the Super Bowl education in your in that field figure out that we want to help people and how do I help people sometimes people is finding money and making an impact there's all we all have our way of of helping students and you know our role outside the classroom now different you know I don't I don't get to work with kids directly on a day-to-day basis but I feel like what I'm doing now affects all the children in the district and not just those group of 30 40 50 60 kids that day that I was a teacher that's why I miss the interaction that part of it but I feel like where I feel like me and in a row like you have that we have a much bigger impact on what's going on with with our children that are in the district dream that I'm in Bradley County schools that you know through this this role we would develop and go beyond and I and I always say I want to bring some I'm so thankful we're at the point we are with the grand development in our district but I must say this back of her neck is the new and improved okay we get each other and we get we finally found somebody else It's the Grant world and that everybody does but I mean that in the most positive of ways that you start something in you you get to a certain level and maybe you are ready to take a lesser role in that you think I want somebody to come on board here that has the enthusiasm and the excitement to do this work and take it on to the next level and grow it and I know she has the capacity and the desire and Ice really kind of exciting that doctor cash is giving me the opportunity to stay on and work with Becca and and stay in this role and so I'm really excited I don't only thing I'm not only get a little time off to spend with my husband but also to be able to see this work go to the next level and I just appreciative and my crew that you have you started job and your Mentor is there and we knew each other from Grant seminars and stuff like that but they have the capability of having her there so when I say what is is the same but different what is this what is this acronym mean because I'm I'm coming from Elementary in early childhood and not so what does this mean so just to have that person there to be like how do you do this what is your process what is your thought I think it was going to make it more powerful for day one to have that have years of experience sitting next to me that I can turn to and say this makes no sense to me please help me into able and willing to do that a few times that you do every skill to do a job typically there's your cubicle and go to your job so they have that ability to work together for over a year how many months it ends up being it it's just phenomenal for me it's going to help us make a bigger impact and speaking of cubicles are literally in cubicles whenever you are in right now it is but it's a great environment and we're Forge that were able to be there and I don't have change careers and directions I don't think I've ever just stepped in and after the first week felt at home as I have and that and I'm not just a PS Vue and I was just saying that for the podcast people are listening seriously these women have just helped me out from day one and I felt like I'm home which is what you want to feel like when they're you got a you got a good little little corner of the world over there. We love our place square footage is it's not much but it's Fantastic Four dr. cash just got to find more room for you also we're fine just the birth we're fine just leave us here we're okay working together ladies thank you both you know what this lady is is probably one of the biggest reasons I'm sitting in in this world that I'm in right now is because of is because of her and and and wanting to be able to work in in in be involved and in things Beyond just what's happening in the classroom so that was she's a big reason and and Becca you have so much excitement for what you're doing and it's it's it's great that you have in this and education we're not in it for money we're not in it for fame any of that sort of stuff it's a passion about trying to help kids and if in if you have that passion and whatever your role is whether it's worrying about what listen devices or if it's working on on Granton and opportunities like that and you got to be passionate in this role and and and you seem like you're going to be very passionate very she's tweeting stuff all the time Patty I know all the time believe me CSC is on Twitter and I K step out there quite often.
